The dream started with Naomi Legg when she wanted to leave Edmonton and start a farm! The search took her all over BC to find just the right place and she found it in Harrop! In the summer of 2022, she moved her two teenaged kids to start building the farm. Her passion for gardening and hard work, forests and creeks, mountains and rural living has made this move the greatest adventure of her life! 

Andre moved soon afterwards and has been able to put his many skills in action as he builds rock walls, logs trees, mills lumber, and builds the farm infrastructure. Together, they are building a biodynamic, regenerative organic farm to serve the needs of Kootenay Lake West Arm.
